In this role you will cultivate and expand relationships with Retail High Net Worth clients, delivering tailored wealth guidance and cross-selling banking products. You will collaborate with Investment Consultants to offer proactive financial services and help grow our Priority Banking portfolio. You’ll work in a collaborative, fast-moving environment that rewards performance and supports career progression in Wealth Management. This is a mission-driven opportunity to shape client outcomes within a digital-first bank with regional reach.

Responsabilità
- Build profitable client relationships across portfolios to drive revenue in wealth management
- Market and cross-sell investment products and consumer banking products (mortgages, credit cards) to PB customers
- Acquire and grow Priority Banking relationships and portfolios aligned to segment goals
- Collaborate with Product Owner and Investment Consultant to provide personalized financial services to affluent clients
- Support Centre Manager to promote market presence and help achieve individual and team targets
Requisiti fondamentali
- Diploma or Degree in any field
- PCE (Life); PCE (General); CIELI; FIMM/FMUTM licenses; IPPC (advantage)
- Knowledge of wealth products (Unit Trust, Bancassurance, Structured Products, Dual Currency Investments)
- Strong sales orientation with a proven track record
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
