In this role, you will lead and shape statistical deliverables for clinical programs within a global biostatistics team. You will set up an advanced R-based computing environment, integrate data visualization tools, and mentor colleagues to ensure high-quality analyses. You’ll drive technical innovation in R/Shiny, support regulatory submissions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision making. Responsabilità

Serve as statistical lead on projects, directing junior statisticians and coordinating training
Oversee SAP development, mock-ups for tables, listings, and figures
Prepare statistical analysis plans and lead programming for analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures
Review study documentation (CRFs, database design) to ensure data quality and protocol alignment
Provide statistical programming support across the lifecycle from protocol to CSR
Lead complex analyses and participate in regulatory meetings as needed
Manage timelines and resource allocation across multiple projects
Train and mentor staff; support DSMB/DMC activities as needed
Ensure inspection readiness through organized documentation and QC
Support business development activities including proposals and sponsor interactions

Requisiti fondamentali

PhD or MS in biostatistics, statistics, mathematics or data science with emphasis on computing/informatics
Minimum two years as a statistician in pharma/biotech or similar sector
Expert R and R-Shiny with strong experience in clinical data structures and programming
Proficiency in functional and object-oriented programming; knowledge of Javascript/Typescript, HTML, WebGL
Experience with CUDA/GPU programming, cloud computing, GitHub, web hosting
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
Fluency in English
