In this role you lead the creation of predictive AI solutions for a leading European bank, guiding the end-to-end ML lifecycle from data architecture to production. You’ll help shape central AI assets like feature stores and libraries within our MLOps framework, ensuring solutions meet regulatory needs. You’ll collaborate across multiple teams and countries to impact core banking processes with responsible AI. This is a high-impact, innovation-driven position in a global, agile environment.

Responsabilità
- Design and develop predictive AI solutions using advanced ML and big data methods
- Define data architectures and scalable pipelines for AI solutions
- Train, evaluate, and optimize ML models for real-world banking applications
- Develop and maintain centralized AI assets (feature stores, shared libraries)
- Integrate ML solutions within our MLOps framework for smooth deployment
- Adopt squad service model under Spotify framework
- Embed regulatory requirements and monitor updates in operations
- Collaborate with Data Platforms, Digital factories, Risk, Finance, Compliance and Cross-country CRM teams
Requisiti fondamentali
- 4+ years of experience in Data Science, AI, or ML Engineering
- Advanced Python and big data engineering skills
- Strong knowledge of ML and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Hands-on with third-party data platforms (Databricks, Palantir Foundry, Dataiku)
- Experience with MLOps frameworks (e.g. MLFlow)
- Curiosity-driven mindset and passion for transforming banking processes with AI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration in agile environments
