Responsabilità

Lead business generation and practice group performance to meet revenue goals
Motivate, guide, and develop direct reports; participate in recruitment
Communicate effectively across levels; manage change and facilitate meetings
Drive pricing goals and ensure profitability; monitor market trends
Build and maintain client relationships; support customer retention and expansion
Oversee resource management and capacity planning; ensure productivity standards
Promote inclusive, collaborative team culture with accountability
Represent the practice in internal and client discussions
Utilize technology systems and MS Office for reporting and operations

Requisiti fondamentali

1+ years talent solutions and/or management or equivalent experience
Proven performance in talent manager/director role
Demonstrated success in business generation and development
Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office, databases and other technology systems
