As a member of the PR&I team, you analyze and drive improvements to in-service helicopter performance, aiming to boost reliability and customer satisfaction. You’ll collaborate with Technical Disciplines, Maintenance, and Customer Support to investigate failures and deploy corrective solutions. You will prepare technical reports and support maintenance documentation, acting as a reviewer for third-party submissions. This role offers exposure to flight-critical systems and cross-functional collaboration to shape product reliability.
Responsabilità
- Lead or support analysis and deployment of fixes for in-service failures and performance gaps
- Prepare technical investigation reports and support documentation in English
- Collaborate with Customer Support to ensure correct maintenance documentation implementation
- Proofread and validate documentation submitted by third parties
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- ≥5 years of engineering/production/customer support experience
- Knowledge of helicopter architecture and systems integration
- Experience with configuration management and design/certification processes
- Experience with EO/EBOM/3D models/2D drawings management
- Experience with maintenance, inspection, and shop environments
- Languages: English required
- IT skills in Catia (V4-V5/VPM/Enovia/MyDBT), SAP, Power BI; Microsoft Office
