In this role you will partner with the Regional Finance Manager to lead financial analysis and planning for the PT SE region, covering P&L and cash. You will translate concepts, develop strategy, and implement improvements to drive growth, productivity, and cash generation. You’ll coordinate regional reporting and ensure alignment with HQ processes, acting as a key business partner to support strategy execution. You’ll work across manufacturing sites and service/trading activities to deliver accurate forecasts and actionable insights.

Responsabilità

Manage budgeting, forecasting, closing, and performance measurement across the organization
Model inputs and interrelations of volume, pricing, and costs for budgeting
Track variances against budgets/forecasts and explain drivers
Lead month-end/quarter-end reporting
Use quantitative methods (regression/correlations) for forecasts
Support leadership with scenario modeling and decision support
Partner with Ops to optimize cash collection and billing processes
Prepare cash flow reporting to HQ and leaders; coordinate regional FCF pacing
Support regional tracking of costs and productivity initiatives
Build detailed models of costs/headcount and their impact
Ensure data accuracy and transparency in pacing and reporting
Identify risks and opportunities quarterly and drive mitigation
Lead digitization of processes and regional FP&A projects
Support regional coordination with countries for budgeting and closing
Maintain data integrity across the business reporting landscape

Requisiti fondamentali

8+ years in finance within Energy or related industries
Strong analytical skills linking financial results to operational drivers
Experience with SAP, Business Objects, Hyperion, Essbase; strong Excel capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain complex issues clearly
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; CPA or equivalent
