Experteer Overview
You lead the development and execution of the 5-year PO&T Asset Strategy and an 18-month Tactical Plan, guiding cross-functional teams to optimize asset value. You act as the liaison between PO&T, R&D, and PDC, shaping lifecycle decisions and balancing priorities. This high-visibility role drives collaboration across line functions to support asset development, supply and lifecycle planning. You influence portfolio outcomes and strategic decisions in a dynamic, matrix environment.
Responsabilità
- Oversee 5-year asset strategy development and 18-month tactical planning aligned with company objectives
- Lead the cross-functional PO&T Asset Team to execute the asset strategy and plan
- Represent PO&T in R&D and PDC program teams to foster collaboration
- Proactively manage conflicts between asset strategy and function priorities with governance input
- Track asset-related financial impacts (COGS, OPEX, E&O) and develop improvement strategies
- Develop business cases for significant asset initiatives and secure governance endorsement
Requisiti fondamentali
- BS or equivalent in Sciences/Engineering; MS/PhD/MBA preferred
- Minimum 12 years' experience with matrix management and cross-functional program leadership
- Proven alliance management experience, global preferred; understanding of contracts
- Experience in CMC, supply chain, or LCM from IND to NDA/BLA; knowledge of global registration processes
- Technical expertise in a relevant biopharmaceutical development discipline
- Experience in healthcare/biotech/pharmaceutical industry with cross-functional interdependencies
- Strong strategic, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to lead and influence without authority; excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to identify program risks and develop mitigation plans
