You will promote a data-driven HR culture across Europe and Africa, collaborating with HR and business leaders to turn data into actionable insights. You will help shape transformation roadmaps and change programs, ensuring data integrity and insightful reporting. This is a strategic role that connects analytics, governance, and HR transformation to improve organizational performance.

Responsabilità
- Support strategic analyses and executive-ready materials for senior leadership
- Partner with HR and business leaders to translate HR data into actionable insights
- Monitor HR metrics across Europe Africa and highlight transformation implications
- Contribute to development and tracking of HR transformation roadmaps and change programs
- Collaborate with HR Controlling, HR Analytics, and country HR leaders to ensure data foundations
- Facilitate HR transformation workshops, regional meetings, and strategic discussions
- Provide ad hoc analytical support to the HR leadership team
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in HR, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytic, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR analytics, data governance, or people insights in international or matrix organizations
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in workforce forecasting and HR transformation/projects
- Skilled in HR reporting tools and HRIS systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactor, PowerBI, Excel)
- Comfortable working with large datasets and cross-country comparisons
- Ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
- High discretion, reliability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
