As Pensions & Benefits Manager at Hitachi Energy, you will drive global pension reporting and risk reporting, shaping programs to meet regulatory and governance standards. You will coordinate with actuaries, Finance, HR Operations, C&B, asset managers, and auditors to ensure a smooth reporting cycle. You will lead process improvements, support audits, and guide HR/Finance/C&B teams while managing pension programs for compliance, cost control, and vendor quality. This role offers impact across local, regional, and global levels within a collaborative CoE.

Responsabilità

Manage quarterly and year-end pension reporting including data validation and reconciliation
Act as central liaison between global/local actuaries, Finance, HR Operations, C&B, asset managers, and external auditors
Support audit coordination and respond to auditor queries with stakeholders
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting workflows
Handle pension management risk reporting including risk identification, analysis and reporting
Lead and contribute to pensions & benefits projects across local, regional, and global levels
Manage pension programs ensuring legal compliance, cost control, vendor quality, and competitive positioning
Provide guidance and training to HR, Finance, and C&B teams to foster knowledge sharing and operational excellence

Requisiti fondamentali

5+ years of experience in Pensions & Benefits with strong data analytics
Bachelor-level degree in Economics, Business & Administration, Law, or comparable subject
Proficiency in IT tools and strong Microsoft Office skills
Profound Project Management experience coordinating stakeholders
Excellent end-to-end process thinking and analytical skills
Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities
Self-driven, collaborative, inclusive, curious, and eager to learn, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders
Fluency in spoken and written English
