As Partnerships Development Manager for UK&I, you will expand Factorial’s partner ecosystem and drive revenue through strategic collaborations with resellers, distributors, and HR-focused partners. You’ll own the partner lifecycle, from sourcing to enablement, and work closely with cross-functional teams to scale the UK&I market. This role offers hands-on ownership and a chance to shape how partners sell, implement, and support our all-in-one HR, finance, and operations platform. You’ll join a fast-growing, globally expanding company that values bold ownership and collaboration.

Responsabilità

Identify and recruit new partners to join the partner program
Manage end-to-end sales cycle with partners to enable them in selling Factorial
Develop and maintain a reseller network in the UK&I market
Be the primary contact for multiple partners and their clients
Conduct regular meetings, demos, and updates with partners and customers
Gather partner and client feedback to inform channel development
Upsell Factorial products/services to partner clients based on needs
Collaborate daily with SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Leadership
Contribute to establishing and growing the UK&I market with founding team members

Requisiti fondamentali

3–4 years of experience in Partnerships, Sales/B2B, preferably in SaaS or digital transformation
Strong communication skills and ability to quickly build trust
Proactive, with a bias for new ideas and rapid actions
English expert speaker; other languages are a plus
Based in London
