In this role you will drive new business and revenue growth in logistics services, focusing on C-level engagements and long-term account development. You will craft and execute a strategic sales plan, build a robust pipeline, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions. You’ll manage a portfolio of key customers, identify upsell opportunities, and help ensure forecast accuracy and data quality. This position offers impact across growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic logistics environment.

Responsabilità

Acquire new customers (C-level and above) to grow GP and shipment volumes
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet/exceed targets
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline via prospecting, networking, and market intelligence
Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned customers with focus on long-term value
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across air and ocean services
Build relationships with key decision-makers
Support account planning and segmentation strategies for customer tiers
Use CRM systems to manage pipeline, forecast opportunities, and maintain data quality
Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored logistics solutions and ensure onboarding and satisfaction

Requisiti fondamentali

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
2 to 4 years of experience in Sales or freight forwarding operations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good commercial awareness with focus on pricing and profitability
Proficiency in CRM systems and tools
Results-driven, organized, and customer-focused mindset
