In this role you will contribute to the New Products Introduction (NPI) process within the Manufacturing Engineering team. You will collaborate with Design Engineering to identify cost-effective and high-performance manufacturing solutions, and support cost analysis, prototype production, and process industrialization. You will provide technical backing to suppliers and internal manufacturing, ensuring a smooth transition from design to scalable production. This opportunity focuses on advanced hydraulic components, automation in machining and assembly, and applying special processes to meet targets while shaping the product roadmap.
Responsabilità
- Interact with Design Engineering to evaluate manufacturing options
- Conduct cost analysis for new products
- Industrialize new products and support prototype manufacturing
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Self-motivated and autonomous, with strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent English
- Experience in NPI and manufacturing methods (preferred)
