Responsabilità

Analyze and report revenue performance daily to monthly, identifying trends and risks
Lead end-of-period analyses and prepare owner reports integrating STR, market trends, and pace analysis
Maintain configuration accuracy of RM systems (MARSHA, One Yield, HPP) and monitor channels for price integrity
Lead weekly/monthly STR analysis, address market share gaps, and implement corrective actions
Develop and maintain annual room revenue budget and contribute to the total hotel budget
Define and execute pricing strategies across transient, group, and premium segments with optimal inventory mix
Drive group base build, displacement, pricing, and contract terms evaluation
Ensure brand RM processes and PDP diagnostics alignment, and provide RM leadership to GM and leaders
Communicate market direction and revenue strategies to stakeholders, Sales, Reservations, and FO
Create and update Revenue SOPs and support onboarding and cross-functional projects
Represent the hotel in ownership and corporate meetings and ensure data accuracy for audits
