In this role you drive overall revenue performance for two luxury properties through strategic pricing, inventory decisions, and demand analytics. You will shape a long-term revenue strategy aligned with brand positioning and market dynamics, while leading the refinement of revenue processes and tools. You’ll manage key owner and corporate relationships and optimize profitability across segments. This is a high-impact, cross-property role that partners with General Managers to deliver strong market leadership and financial performance.

Responsabilità

  • Analyze revenue performance daily–monthly and present insights to stakeholders
  • Lead end-of-period analyses to identify trends, opportunities and risks
  • Produce owner reports integrating STR trends, market data and revenue risks
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on channels, promotions and segments
  • Maintain system configurations (MARSHA, One Yield, HPP, channels) and ensure price integrity
  • Monitor online channels and competitive sets for accurate positioning
  • Lead STR analysis and address market share gaps with actions
  • Develop and manage the annual Room Revenue Budget and contribute to the Total Hotel Budget
  • Build internal reporting tools to track KPIs and support decision making
  • Define and execute pricing strategy; optimize inventory and mix across segments
  • Drive group base build, displacement, pricing and contract terms
  • Ensure alignment of daily strategy with FO, Reservations and Sales
  • Ensure adherence to brand RM processes and corporate initiatives
  • Provide RM leadership to GMs and market leaders
  • Communicate sales strategies and rate restrictions during market fluctuations
  • Recommend improvements to revenue management processes
  • Lead cross-functional projects for efficiency and forecasting improvements
  • Represent the hotel in ownership and corporate meetings
  • Maintain documentation and data accuracy for audit and compliance

Requisiti fondamentali

  • Experience in the same role within international hospitality companies
  • Knowledge of Marsha, Opera, One Yield and other RM software
  • Ideally experience in openings and luxury hotels
