In this role you will manage accounting for a portfolio within our Structured Finance & Capital Markets team at our Amsterdam office. You will collaborate with international colleagues to deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual figures and reports. You’ll handle journal entries, reconciliations, and SPV-related financial statements while supporting audits and regulatory reporting. You will contribute to system improvements and cross-border reporting, coaching junior accountants and working with diverse stakeholders. This position offers meaningful impact in a boutique, global trust and corporate services environment.

Responsabilità

Manage portfolio planning, deadlines, and quality of work
Handle obligations and due dates of transactions
Data reconciliation, journal entries, and monthly/quarterly/annual reporting
Prepare financial statements, annual reports, and SPV-related financial reports
Support audit processes and regulatory statistical reporting to central banks
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies
Identify issues and resolve anomalies during work
Participate in projects for new systems implementation and reporting optimization
Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and other offices
Coach junior accountants

Requisiti fondamentali

University degree in Accounting or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Experience in multinational financial institutions, fiduciary services, or accounting/audit firms preferred
Fluent in English (oral and written)
Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment
Interest in international financial markets and financial instruments
Good MS Excel knowledge
