Specialista Senior / Project Manager

Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead quality and product assurance activities for mechanical space products, guiding industrialization and single-product or serial production quality. You’ll work within the Product Quality team to ensure compliance with customer requirements and the QMS, while coordinating with engineering and suppliers. You will drive risk management, documentation, and review processes to deliver high-quality equipment for space programs. This position offers a hands-on, cross-functional impact in a global aerospace context.

Responsabilità

Capture project requirements and status; present equipment qualification outcomes
Create or update quality documentation per customer needs and QMS with engineering support
Contribute to PFMEA application for processes
Approve engineering and industrial documentation
Monitor qualifications and critical items
Manage Quality Engineering and Quality Supply Chain to provide complete product quality status
Participate in supplier, internal, and customer reviews (EQSR, PDR, CDR, QR, MRR, KIP/MIP, TRR, TRB, DRB)
Check engineering/configuration documents and ensure design, definition, and procedure reviews are correctly applied
Approve MOS and manufacturing drawings for internal product
Prepare and participate in MRR & TRR customer reviews with NCR/RFW status
Prepare and participate in TRB and DRB customer reviews with checklists and quality status
Manage internal KIPs or customer-involved MIPs
Prepare NCR lists, RFWs, open work lists and Certificate of Conformity in EIDPs
Manage NCRs and major NCR analyses with dispositions and technical support for CC
Exercise right to alert on QMS non-compliance and communicate appropriately
Contribute to risk/opportunity analyses across engineering, production and industrialization phases

Requisiti fondamentali

Experience in quality processes within the space domain
Fluent English
Ability to manage NCRs, PFMEA and QMS-driven activities
Capability to lead reviews and document control in a high-compliance environment
