In this role you will own the scaling and optimization of adhesive manufacturing processes to ensure safety, cost-effectiveness, and world-class quality. You will lead technology selection, industrialization, and continuous improvement to accelerate growth in Advanced Mobility and EV markets. As the MT expert, you drive end-to-end development from pilot to commercial production with cross-functional students and global teams. Responsabilità

Scale-up excellence and process optimization from pilot to commercial production, focusing on safety, repeatability, and high performance
Reduce cost, cycle time, and variability of scale-up trials through standardization, data-driven learning, and best-practice deployment
Improve yield, throughput, and process economics with emphasis on manufacturability, reliability, and efficiency
Provide technical evaluations of process technologies, equipment, and scale-up approaches including risk, feasibility, and cost-benefit analyses
Support technology selection and manufacturing readiness for growth initiatives aligned with Advanced Mobility and EV strategy
Ensure manufacturing technology decisions align with global standards, objectives, and long-term growth needs
Lead or contribute technically on capital and growth projects, driving industrialization and achieving project objectives
Provide technical leadership during project development, scale-up, startup, and commercialization activities
Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks throughout project execution
Reduce COPQ and improve trial success rates through standardized methodologies, robust process controls, and RCCM practices
Develop and maintain process standards, procedures, and control strategies for consistent performance
Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for scale-up and production issues
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, reliability, and cost competitiveness
Partner with Operations, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Capital Engineering to ensure readiness and knowledge sharing
Serve as technical lead and escalation point for complex manufacturing and scale-up challenges

Requisiti fondamentali

BS degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
