Responsabilità

Achieve production targets while meeting quality, cost, and timing standards
Coordinate production staff, oversee training and development
Design and optimize production layout to improve workflows
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and drive productivity improvements
Ensure workplace safety and proper PPE usage
Collaborate with other functions to ensure on-time delivery and manage non-conformities
Oversee plant maintenance and propose actions or investments for equipment efficiency
Promote process re-engineering to reduce costs and lead times while improving quality
Utilize and update KPIs to monitor production performance
Support financial reporting related to production efficiency
