Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead Ria’s operations across Canada and the US, driving sustainable growth through multi-channel distribution and strategic partnerships. You will shape sales performance, pricing, and market positioning while ensuring regulatory compliance in a fast-paced, multicultural setting. You will manage digital and physical channels, expand partnerships, and optimize a cross-border remittance network to increase market share. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric money transfer solutions at scale. This is a mission-driven leadership role offering the opportunity to influence growth in a global payments business.

Responsabilità
- Develop and execute growth strategies for Canada and the U.S. across channels and markets
- Drive sales targets and customer acquisition through digital, retail, and partner channels
- Identify and grow new business opportunities and remittance corridors in North America
- Lead pricing, product positioning, and promotional strategies to improve competitiveness and profitability
- Oversee digital platforms and brick-and-mortar networks; manage strategic partnerships with banks, fintechs, and retailers
- Set channel KPIs and ensure ongoing performance improvement
- Ensure compliance with Canadian and U.S. financial regulations (AML/CTF, FINTRAC, OFAC, data privacy)
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to sustain profitability
- Build and motivate cross-functional teams and foster an innovative, customer-focused culture
Requisiti fondamentali
- 10+ years of leadership experience in financial services, with remittances/payments/fintech background
- Proven track record in growth and multi-channel operations across markets
- Deep understanding of digital financial services, agent networks, retail operations, and partnerships
- Strong knowledge of Canadian and U.S. regulatory frameworks and compliance standards
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
