Experteer Overview
Executive-level role driving growth and strategy for a marine insurance business. You will shape and execute expansion across global markets, recruit top Marine Producers/Brokers, and lead the growth of the marine division with strong incentive plans. Based near London, with international travel to meet partners and MGUs. The opportunity offers a defined LTIP and substantial bonus potential to support the 5M growth target.

- lead talent recruitment of Marine Producers/Brokers
- coordinate cross-functional efforts to scale the marine business
- travel internationally to nurture wholesale broker relationships and MGUs
Requisiti fondamentali
- proven experience as marine producer/broker with leadership potential
- demonstrated track record in growth or business development within marine insurance
- willingness to travel internationally and be based within commuting distance to London
- ability to recruit and build a high-caliber producer network
