Experteer Overview

In this role you drive global operations excellence across Aptar’s supply chain, standardizing practices and deploying improvements through regional programs. You’ll lead cross-site initiatives, measure performance, and build capability through a community model that enables sustainable value creation. You collaborate with multiple stakeholders to align OE efforts with business priorities, customer expectations, and financial targets. This is a hands-on, global role that shapes how supply chain processes scale and improve across regions.

Responsabilità

Standardize and scale global best practices across regions and sites, including S&OP, Planning, Customer Service and Logistics.
Lead cross-regional OE programs and projects with clear scope, timelines, and governance, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
Drive performance management through KPI tracking, benchmarking, and translating insights into prioritized actions.
Build and strengthen the community model by engaging process experts and coaching sites on OE roadmaps and value-creation.
Partner with global, regional, and local stakeholders to align OE initiatives with business priorities and ensure clear communication through all phases (analysis, deployment, sustainability).

Requisiti fondamentali

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related field
Operational experience in supply chain (5+ years) including planning/S&OP, customer service/SOM, logistics/warehouse or end-to-end
Experience deploying supply chain processes and/or systems in multinational contexts
Strong knowledge of global/regional systems used in supply chain (e.g., SAP PP, IBP, Supplier Hub)
Proven track record of supply chain improvements
Fluency in English
Lean/Six Sigma experience and/or certification (Green/Black Belt) (preferred)
Experience in international manufacturing industries (preferred)
French and/or Spanish language (preferred)
