In this role you help optimize energy equipment by providing technical support during installation, commissioning, and operation. Responsabilità

Provide technical support to customers and field reps on centrifugal pumps, valves and gas systems
Troubleshoot unit and plant issues and implement fixes
Conduct RCA for major failures and feed findings to requisition/lessons learnt processes
Perform feasibility studies and develop tailored fleet improvements and upgrades
Collaborate with application engineering and sales to address customer needs
Propose and communicate new technologies applicable to the fleet
Support top issues reviews and provide input for continuous improvement initiatives
Coordinate with Global Services teams to capture customer feedback and drive process improvements

Requisiti fondamentali

3+ years of experience in the industry sector and/or rotating equipment positions
Travel availability up to 15% with short notice
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fluency in written and spoken English
Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering
