Experteer Overview
As a hands-on SAP SD Expert, you will own and evolve the O2C processes on SAP FMS within Kering’s global SAP program. You will shape solution design in collaboration with the manager, drive business-led change, and deliver scalable enhancements across order management, pricing, billing and integrations. You’ll work closely with Business Process Owners, Change Management, and IT teams to ensure reliable systems and high user satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a unified ERP platform across diverse luxury brands and regions, with a path to SAP S/4HANA transition.
Responsabilità
- Own O2C processes from sales contract to revenue posting across order, delivery, shipment, and billing
- Participate in fit/gap analysis and detailed design; prepare documentation and facilitate workshops with stakeholders
- Configure SAP SD, maintain technical/functional documentation
- Coordinate interfaces and enhancements with delivery teams, suppliers, and developers
- Test future-state solutions; manage testing tools (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint)
- Assist in UAT and secure sign-off
- Develop training materials and deliver end-user training
- Provide hypercare support and transition to AMS
- Handle L3 escalation, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement backlog
- Ensure proper documentation, SoD controls, audit readiness, and performance/regression safeguards
- Collaborate with other Kering IT domains to foster a service-oriented environment
- Communicate progress and proposed solutions to ensure project alignment
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years in SAP ERP projects with at least two deployments or major rollouts
- Strong SD ordering, pricing, billing and credit management expertise
- Solid understanding of sales and distribution in luxury/retail
- Experience with SAP FMS; S/4HANA a plus
- Experience with traditional waterfall project methodologies
- Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building
- Service-oriented, proactive, results-driven mindset
- Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks/projects
- Fluent in Italian and English
