In this role, you will support global Finance IT/SAP P2P initiatives within Kering Technologies, guiding end-to-end SAP/IT projects and ensuring processes align with company goals. You will collaborate with global brand teams to tailor IT/SAP P2P solutions, driving governance, training, and knowledge transfer. This position combines technical expertise with functional insight to optimize the P2P landscape at scale. You will help shape a modern, efficient finance platform that supports sustainable growth.
Responsabilità
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle of SAP/IT projects and applications
- Serve as primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Coordinate design, build, testing, defect resolution, and release activities
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure governance alignment with road map
- Support change management through training, documentation, and knowledge sharing
- Provide clear, structured reporting on project progress, issues, and next steps
- Ensure timely progress and ownership through action follow-ups
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master in Corporate Finance (specialization in related field)
- Fluent in English; Italian/French assets
- Experience in IT/SAP FI-CO in both technical and functional roles
- Budget management and vendor management experience
- Solid understanding of fundamental Purchase to Pay processes
- Experience with Esker, TESI, SocialNed considered a plus
- Strong interest in technology and problem-solving
- Ability to synthesize complex issues and propose innovative solutions
- Keen to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and responsible environment
