Experteer Overview

As an Eyewear Designer, you will shape the creative direction of luxury frames and sunglasses, translating trends into concepts and 3D-ready designs. You’ll collaborate with Brand Management, Creative Direction, and suppliers to develop innovative solutions that align with the collection brief. Your work spans from mood boards to 3D formats, ensuring quality, timing, and cost targets while contributing to the brand’s global collections. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to influence high-end eyewear design within a global luxury group.

Responsabilità

Analyze global eyewear trends and translate them into design concepts
Develop creative styles and mood boards per Brand Management and Creative Direction guidelines
Collaborate with suppliers and research centers to craft new design solutions and processing methods
Create hand-drawn and digital styles for approval by Eyewear Creative Director
Provide feedback to Cad Designers and Industrialization team to realize approved designs in 3D format
Monitor 3D technical design, prototyping, and product development, flagging issues
Participate in collections approval meetings and share relevant information with stakeholders
Work with Supply Chain and Demand Planning to meet quality, lead-time, and cost targets
Communicate key concepts of the collection to internal and external partners
Support updates to the style collection, color, and material archives
