In this Brand Manager role, you will translate the brand DNA into a concrete annual plan and ensure it drives product, communication, PR, and trade activities. You’ll oversee the marketing budget and align activities with strategic objectives, while collaborating with the PR team on the yearly plan. You’ll monitor competitive landscape and support sales with compelling presentations and market analyses. This position sits in a fast-growing luxury group and offers cross-functional exposure across global markets.

Responsabilità

  • Define and implement the brand’s annual marketing plan aligned with objectives across product, communication, PR, and trade marketing
  • Monitor and allocate the marketing budget to ensure contractual commitments and strategic resource use
  • Collaborate with PR & Communications to develop a cohesive annual plan
  • Analyze local and international competitors’ offerings, design, and marketing efforts
  • Support sales through collection pitches, key account meetings, and ad hoc presentations
  • Prepare periodic collection performance reports and analyses

Requisiti fondamentali

  • 4-5 years of experience in the same role
  • Master’s degree in marketing or business administration
  • Result-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Dynamic, proactive, flexible, curious, and team-focused
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Fluent in English and Italian; French a plus
