In this Technology Sales Consultant role, you will drive the adoption of cutting-edge solutions for clients across Switzerland, combining technical insight with consultative sales. You’ll work across offices and client sites to understand challenges, tailor proposals, and guide customers through the full sales cycle. You’ll grow your territory, expand product knowledge, and forge long-term relationships in a fast-paced, open environment. This is a hands-on role with strong training and clear development paths.

Responsabilità
- Develop and expand your assigned territory
- Grow your product portfolio and market presence
- Identify new leads and create new business opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored technical solutions
- Conduct onsite visits and consultative discussions with customers
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and solution overviews
- Negotiate offers and guide customers through the end-to-end sales cycle
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline updates
- Continuously expand product, industry, and sales expertise through training and coaching
Requisiti fondamentali
- 1–3 years of work experience in sales, consulting, engineering, or customer-facing roles
- Fluent in French, Swiss German, and English
- Valid driving licence (company car provided)
- Strong interest in high technology and willingness to become an expert
- Proactive, communicative personality with drive and ambition
- Motivation to build a long-term career in technical consulting and sales
