In this AI Engineer role, you will shape AI-powered digital products within Sky Italia’s IT Digital Channels to enhance customer experience. You’ll design and implement AI-driven architectures, collaborate across teams and with external partners, and explore emerging AI technologies. Your work will focus on delivering practical, scalable AI solutions that align with business needs and architectural standards. This role offers the chance to influence customer journeys through Generative AI and multi-agent systems.
Responsabilità
- Design and implement AI-driven architectures with cross-team collaboration
- Develop agentic applications using Generative AI and LLMs to improve customer experience
- Translate business needs into AI-powered solutions in collaboration with stakeholders
- Prototype and demonstrate AI technologies; promote adoption across teams as an AI ambassador
- Coordinate development activities with engineers and external/offshore partners to ensure SDLC compliance
- Ensure production-grade integration of AI capabilities into digital products with quality and reliability focus
Requisiti fondamentali
- Solid software engineering experience with Python and/or Typescript
- Experience in designing/conImplementing conversational AI (chatbot/voicebot)
- Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and LLM orchestration tools (e.g., Google ADK, LangChain, 365 Agents SDK, Semantic Kernel)
- Knowledge of speech-to-text and text-to-speech tech for voice-enabled AI
- Experience with vector databases and RAG architectures
- Ability to test and benchmark LLM-based and agentic systems; focus on cost-efficient, scalable solutions
- Hands-on experience deploying AI solutions on Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Excellent communication to explain AI concepts to diverse stakeholders
