As Investment Products Development Associate in Luxembourg, you will help build and scale Satispay’s investment offerings within a regulated framework. You’ll lead new product initiatives, shape strategic lines, and collaborate across Product, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to bring offerings to market. You’ll work closely with marketplace participants and drive growth in a fast-moving fintech environment. You will thrive on solving complex problems and shaping the long-term investment direction.

Responsabilità

Lead development and execution of new investment product initiatives with focus on simplicity and user-centric design
Define and pursue strategic business lines for future investment products (crypto, thematic, pensions, trading platform, robo-advisory)
Navigate a regulated financial institution, balancing innovation with risk and compliance
Manage the licensed MIFID investment firm to ensure regulatory obligations are met
Build and maintain relationships with marketplace participants, fund managers, and traditional/ blockchain platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, Compliance, Operations) to bring offerings to market
Act as a thought partner on the long-term growth and direction of Satispay’s investment offering
Adapt and drive initiatives in a fast-changing environment

Requisiti fondamentali

5–10 years of experience in financial services, ideally in investment product development, strategy, or within a regulated investment firm
Track record of moving from concept to execution in new business initiatives
Strong understanding of EU financial regulations (MIFID II, VASP/MiCA crypto framework) and familiarity with Luxembourg or Italian regulatory regimes
Strong interest or experience in digital assets or crypto markets (plus)
Entrepreneurial mindset with pragmatic problem-solving and decision-making
Passion for Fintech and innovation
Fluent English; Italian knowledge is a plus
Location flexibility to relocate to Luxembourg
