In this role, you will lead transfer pricing across the Barilla Group, ensuring alignment with global standards and local tax rules. You will prepare documentation, advise on cross-border transactions, and support audits and APAs. You will manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, including tax authorities and advisors, to sustain compliant, efficient cross-border operations. This position sits at Barilla's Parma HQ and offers impact across Finance, Tax, and global business decisions.
Responsabilità
- Oversee transfer pricing and cross-border matters for the Group, aligning with global standards and local requirements
- Conduct in-depth transfer pricing analyses to inform strategic decisions
- Manage the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and intercompany agreements
- Review and update transfer pricing policies in response to changing tax laws and business needs
- Provide guidance to Group functions on cross-border tax issues
- Assist in tax audits, litigation, and APAs
- Stay updated on OECD guidelines and assess impact on the Group
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5 years of experience in multinational groups or law firms
- Ability to work independently and manage entire projects or workstreams
- Analytical and critical thinking with a data-driven approach
- Fluent in English
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Master's Degree in Accounting, F&A, Tax Law
