Experteer Overview

As Information Security Officer, you will own and advance Solera’s ISMS to sustain ISO/IEC 27001 certification at a global scale and lead TISAX implementation. You will partner across IT, Engineering, Legal, Procurement, and business units to embed security into daily operations and governance across regions. You will drive risk management, audit readiness, and continuous improvement to protect critical assets and partners. This role offers a chance to shape security culture and align regulatory requirements with business objectives in a fast-tracking, innovative environment.

Responsabilità

Own and enhance the ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS including policies, controls, risk assessments, and documentation
Coordinate internal audits and support external certification and surveillance audits with remediation of findings
Lead end-to-end TISAX implementation including scope, gap assessments, stakeholder alignment, and certification
Establish and maintain a robust risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate risks
Collaborate with IT, Engineering, Legal, Procurement, and business leaders to embed security and compliance in operations and third-party management
Provide guidance to stakeholders to promote a strong security culture and awareness
Monitor evolving regulatory and industry standards to ensure ongoing compliance and continuous improvement

Requisiti fondamentali

Proven experience managing ISO/IEC 27001-certified ISMS in a global or multi-entity environment
Strong understanding of information security principles, risk management, and audit processes
Experience working with auditors, certification bodies, and cross-functional stakeholders
Ability to translate complex security requirements into practical, business-aligned solutions
Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and structured execution skills
Excellent communication skills with ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences
Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with ability to operate independently and drive initiatives
