This position offers cross-country collaboration within Flutter’s leading online gaming group, and a chance to shape high-profile event campaigns.

Responsabilità

Lead Italian marketing strategy for global events (e.g., EPT, WSOP) and local events (e.g., Campione Open) across content creation and amplification
Oversee social media, YouTube, and non-gaming content, managing end-to-end planning, production, publishing, and community engagement
Develop and execute influencer and talent partnership strategies; manage relationships with external agencies
Analyse influencer performance, manage content budgets, and ensure financial controls and compliance with advertising standards
Handle contracts, IP control, and legal matters related to influencer and content marketing
Coordinate media relations, consumer PR, and community management (e.g., Poker communities) to boost engagement
Brainstorm and implement innovative content formats and streaming initiatives, including Poker content marketing

Requisiti fondamentali

Proven experience in community management or player engagement in gaming or online entertainment
Skilled in managing online communities on platforms like Discord, Twitch, and social media
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Data-driven with experience tracking engagement metrics
Proficiency in Italian and English
Willingness to travel within Europe as required by business needs
