Experteer Overview
In this role you lead key production initiatives from concept to implementation, aligning with strategic aims and timelines. You will support continuous improvement on a dedicated production line and drive efficiency across manufacturing activities. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement investments that optimize production capacity and reduce energy use. You will work on energy management and decarbonization efforts as part of the Road to 100 Ariston program, contributing to sustainable manufacturing at scale.
Responsabilità
- Productivity analysis of production lines and identification of improvement opportunities
- Participation in implementing investments to create new production islands and lines
- Management of BOM, MES system and the manufacturing plant mold pool
- Implementation of the manufacturing plant energy management system and identification of decarbonization activities
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in mechanical engineering or similar
- 5-7 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the metalworking sector
- Fluency in Italian and English
