Experteer Overview
As a Hydraulics Engineer, you will help design and launch flow control and compact hydraulic systems for oleodynamic applications, working with international teams on electro-hydraulic mechatronic solutions. You support production troubleshooting, customer-oriented solution development, and cross-functional engineering efforts in a fast-growing company. You will balance performance, cost, and manufacturability while validating prototypes and managing documentation. This role offers exposure to global projects and the chance to influence hydraulic technology for diverse vehicle platforms.
Responsabilità
- Analyze input/customer specifications
- Estimate engineering design and testing costs for a project
- Perform technical feasibility studies and final unit design with focus on cost, manufacturing and assembly
- Lead prototype preparation and define validation plans
- Evaluate product performance, quality, and safety
- Manage and resolve field and internal claims using the 8D method
- Ensure proper production and customer documentation
- Identify and propose solutions to problems
- Support operations during engineering issue resolution
- Generate innovative ideas to meet market and OEM requirements
- Prepare technical reports and manage project risks and opportunities
Requisiti fondamentali
- University Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in hydraulic design and development from concept through testing and industrialization
- Experience in electro-hydraulic design and hydraulic cylinder design
- Clear understanding of mechanical and hydraulic specifications and design-for-cost principles
- 2D and 3D drawing knowledge
- CAD software design, 3D (preferably SolidWorks)
- MS Office proficiency
- Knowledge of the 8D problem solving process
- Basics of Project Management
- Understanding of electric/electronics specifications
- Fluent in English (preferred)
