Experteer Overview

In this role you will provide hands-on HR support across the EMEA region, with a focus on Italy, the EU, and South Africa. You will manage employee lifecycle, contract administration, and compliance with GDPR and local laws, while aligning with Anaergia’s global HR policies. You’ll support regional leadership and drive HR initiatives in workforce planning, engagement, and development. This position offers autonomy within a lean HR team and meaningful impact on regional HR governance.

Responsabilità

  • Manage core HR operations for EMEA (hiring, onboarding, contracts, amendments, role changes, leaves, terminations)
  • Draft and maintain employment documentation and records with GDPR compliance
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits, and statutory reporting with payroll and finance
  • Serve as primary HR contact for EMEA employees and managers
  • Handle employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, and terminations per local law
  • Monitor compliance with Italian, EU, and South African regulations and update policies accordingly
  • Support regional HR initiatives: workforce planning, performance management, engagement, and development
  • Oversee immigration/work authorization processes for EMEA staff
  • Provide day-to-day guidance to regional HR team and ensure timely task execution
  • Collaborate with Global HR for policy consistency across regions
  • Oversee regional HR budget
  • Develop and maintain training programs including compliance and technical trainings
  • Oversee Health & Safety requirements and site readiness
  • Coordinate with labour consultants, recruitment headhunters, and H&S consultants

Requisiti fondamentali

  • Strong working knowledge of Italian and EU employment law
  • Hands-on HR experience in Italy; international experience across multiple countries preferred
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • High discretion and attention to detail with sensitive matters
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
