In this role you partner with COEs, HRBLs and leaders to deliver high-touch HR support across the business, solving talent-related issues and driving HR programs. You will help integrate distributors in Italy and Iberia post-close, align compensation and benefits, and ensure a smooth cultural and leadership transition. You’ll work across a global, matrixed organization to deliver a consistent employee experience and enable high performance.

Responsabilità

Partner with managers to foster a positive, values-aligned work environment
Provide day-to-day support to HR business leaders for large groups
Collaborate with People Services to deliver cyclical HR processes
Escalate and resolve employee relations issues with the ER and People Services teams
Lead local union relations and statutory HR consultations where needed
Support with Employee Relations case management requiring local know-how
Coordinate with COEs to tailor solutions and programs
Project lead for recurring HR services and core processes
Coach and develop managers to build high-performance culture
Guide HR and talent programs (merit, performance, talent planning, succession)
Ensure a sustainable, consistent employee experience aligned with HR strategy
Assess business requests and craft solutions with HR leadership
Monitor HR program performance and provide real-time COE feedback
Participate in HR projects (recruiting, performance, playbooks, policies)
Leverage data to identify trends and drive data-driven solutions
Serve as local face of HR for large employee populations
Utilize technology and processes to deliver services globally
Act as the bridge between client groups and HR services/COEs
