In this role you lead human resources initiatives to shape an exceptional workplace in a world-class hotel. You will partner with the General Manager and cross-functional teams to drive talent acquisition, training, payroll, benefits, and internal communications. You’ll support culture, values, and employee engagement while managing multiple projects in a luxury hospitality setting. This position offers hands-on impact and opportunities to influence people practices at Hyatt.

Responsabilità

Recruiting, selection and placement activities and external sourcing relationships
Onboarding and orienting new employees
Plan and monitor training with department heads to develop skills
Payroll-related tasks including document collection and verification
Create and update internal communications
Support development and execution of HR processes, events and initiatives
Administer HR programs, policies, and procedures and disseminate via manuals and presentations
Manage benefits program administration, communication and reporting
Reinforce Hyatt values through daily HR activities

Requisiti fondamentali

Knowledge of professional HR practices in Italy and Italian labor law
At least 3 years’ experience in the same position
Excellent computer skills (Windows, Excel) and ability to learn HRIS (Zucchetti)
Verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Excellent organizational skills and strong interpersonal abilities
Strong focus on training and reinforcing company culture
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize; problem-solving skills
Experience in a luxury hotel environment
High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or HR preferred
Fluency in Italian and English
Eligible to work in Italy with valid work permit
