Specialista Senior / Project Manager

Experteer Overview

As HR Business Partner, you will align HR initiatives with business goals for Tiffany Turkey from our Milan office, collaborating with the Southern Europe HR team and the LVMH HR community. You’ll advise employees and leaders, drive payroll improvements, and support performance and development programs. You’ll navigate regulatory compliance and foster positive employee relations across functions. This role offers impact by shaping cross-border HR practices in a landmark luxury brand.

Responsabilità

Review and update HR policies and programs to align with laws and business needs
Maximize retail performance through data-driven goal setting and KPIs
Serve as HR liaison for internal/external audits
Manage monthly payroll with external partners and implement new payroll procedures
Handle employment letters and administrative documentation; produce reporting for decisions
Collaborate with Finance on budget preparation and financial planning
Lead employee relations to boost morale and retention
Oversee performance management, talent assessment, and compensation reviews
Develop and implement training strategies and induction plans
Drive organization development and transformation initiatives
Monitor and improve non-performing performance processes
Communicate with boutique staff effectively in Turkish

Requisiti fondamentali

Bachelor or Master degree with broad HR experience (minimum 5 years)
Turkish, Italian, and English fluency
Retail experience preferred but not required
Strong cross-border collaboration and organizational agility
Strategic and operational HR capability
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Turkish
Problem solving with proactive, creative solutions
Ability to manage ambiguity and change
Conflict management and negotiation skills
willingness to travel for business
Knowledge of Turkish Labour Law (preferred)
Spanish language (preferred)
