In this role you drive employee relations and social law compliance within a Benelux–level, international matrix context. You partner with managers and HRBPs to renew social dialogue, implement collective agreements, and shape consistent HR policies. You lead benefits projects and ensure up-to-date knowledge of local labor and fiscal laws, delivering an engaging employee experience. Your contribution spans policy, compliance, and stakeholder management to support business targets and cultural transformation.

Responsabilità

Coordinate formal and informal social consultation (works council and union delegation) and guide stakeholders on social dialogue
Prepare, negotiate, and implement company collective labor agreements and employment regulations
Develop strategies to improve employee morale and engagement amid business and HR transformations
Provide guidance on disciplinary processes ensuring fairness and consistency
Lead initiatives to simplify compensation and benefits to reduce payroll complexity
Develop and update HR policies and procedures for compliance and best practices
Advise management on legal and regulatory employment issues and benchmark insights via local networks
Manage and respond to legal inquiries and claims related to employment
Design, implement and administer benefits projects for an optimal employee experience
Evaluate and adjust benefit plans based on needs, trends, and cost analysis
Stay current on local labor and fiscal laws in Benelux through ongoing monitoring
Ensure consistent application of HR policies across the organization
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance

Requisiti fondamentali

Strong experience in employee relations and social law
Experience in an international matrix organisation
Experience and knowledge of Compensation & Benefits at Benelux level
In-depth knowledge of local labor and fiscal laws in Benelux
Languages: Dutch, French, and English
