Responsabilità

Open new accounts and expand existing ones to drive program growth
Use market analysis and Compassus tools to identify opportunities
Secure referrals from physicians and staff; collaborate with operations for rapid admissions
Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and maintain productivity
Build trust-based relationships with referral sources via consultative sales
Demonstrate compassion and empathy to patients and families; manage emotional aspects
Be flexible with hours to ensure timely patient support
Gather feedback from referral sources and communicate insights to operations
Adapt to changing priorities and support team needs
Provide clinical training and education to referral partners about hospice care

Requisiti fondamentali

Bachelor's degree in Business (preferred)
Five (5) plus years of successful sales experience
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
Excellent customer relationship management skills
Experience in Hospice, Home Health, or Healthcare is preferred
