In this role you will drive a safe, compliant workplace at Ferrero’s Pozzuolo Martesana site, aligning local practices with group and country guidelines. You’ll manage risk assessments, training plans, incident handling, and KPI reporting to foster a robust safety culture. You will lead audits, update procedures, and embed health and safety within LEAN manufacturing practices. This position offers impact through cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement in safety standards.

Responsabilità

Ensure compliance with legal and internal HSE standards and keep risk assessments up to date
Develop and monitor training plans, manage contractors, and handle incidents
Prepare and maintain HSE documentation for external bodies and agencies
Oversee HSE KPIs reporting and support cross-functional adherence to procedures and policies
Advise on interpretation and implementation of HSE laws and provide technical expertise
Conduct audits and inspections to identify improvements and drive actions
Promote revision of local SOPs and procedures in key areas (Lo.To.To, traffic, change management, confined spaces)
Lead HSE training and coaching, integrate HSE with LEAN practices (KPIs, Gemba Walks, SOPs, RCA, etc.)
Organize safety communication campaigns and wellbeing activities (e.g., Safety Days)
Create and update HSE procedures within the Health and Safety Management System
Coordinate with Group and Country guidelines to ensure continuous improvement

Requisiti fondamentali

Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification (e.g., Tecniche della prevenzione nell'ambiente e nei luoghi di lavoro)
ASPP or RSPP certification
Solid HSE experience in manufacturing contexts
Proficiency in MS Office tools; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Forms, Power BI
Fluent in Italian and English
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong documentation and compliance mindset
Willingness to work in an international, multicultural environment
