Experteer Overview
As Hardware Design Engineer you will design digital and analogue electronic boards and guide the full validation process. You will liaise with external suppliers, define technical specs, and perform functional, environmental, and EMI/EMC tests across standalone and electro-pneumatic systems. You’ll work within a global client project, contributing to cutting-edge automotive and rail technologies. This role offers international exposure, cross-sector mobility, and a chance to shape reliable, safety‑critical electronics.

Responsabilità
- Hardware design of digital & analogue electronic boards
- Manage full validation process including design reviews and documentation flow
- Plan and execute functional, environmental, EMI/EMC tests (standalone and in electro-pneumatic systems)
- Manage external suppliers and provide technical specifications
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master’s graduate in Electronic Engineer
- 4-5 years of professional experience
- Knowledge of Altium Designer (schematics, rule checking, docs)
- Knowledge of V-cycle (specification, design, verification, validation) for safety-relevant electronics (EN50129 – IEC61508)
- Knowledge of EMI-EMC problematics and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of electronic simulators (SPICE)
- Knowledge of RAMS methodologies (FMEDA, MTBF, FTA)
- Basis of programming – firmware / C language
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Italian
- Ability to work in a team
