In this role, you will lead VAT and indirect tax initiatives within Ariston Group’s Global Tax team, shaping cross-border tax solutions and ensuring compliance. You will work closely with affiliates, finance leads, and external advisors to design VAT responses, support audits, and improve processes. The position blends tax analysis, ERP/tax engine configuration, and documentation to enable accurate tax reporting. You will contribute to the group’s sustainability-driven growth by enabling compliant, scalable tax operations.

Responsabilità
- Perform indirect tax analysis of the supply chain and design VAT solutions
- Gather VAT business requirements across the organization (Procurement, AP)
- Assist with VAT registrations across jurisdictions
- Coordinate with IT to configure, test, and maintain VAT functionality in the ERP/tax engine (liaison between tax and ERP teams)
- Ensure documentation, compliance, and reporting are in place and lead continuous improvement projects
- Oversee VAT processes, deliver technical training, and develop materials and manuals
- Review and timely deliver VAT returns and filings (EC Sales Listings, Intrastat, etc.) to maintain local compliance
- Assist local finance in VAT audits and dispute resolution
Requisiti fondamentali
- Passion and experience in VAT in a consulting or multinational in-house tax function
- Master in Economics or Law
- Project management experience with ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English
