You’ll coordinate VAT activities for affiliates, advise on transactions, and support audits, while collaborating with finance, IT, and external advisors to ensure compliant, efficient tax processes. Responsabilità

Indirect tax analysis of supply chain and VAT solution design
Gather VAT business requirements across the organization (Procurement, AP)
Assist with VAT registrations across jurisdictions
Coordinate ERP/tax engine configuration, testing, and maintenance for VAT functionality
Ensure documentation, compliance, and reporting are in place; lead improvement projects
Deliver VAT process oversight and develop training materials
Review and timely delivery of VAT returns and related filings (EC Sales Listings, Intrastat)
Assist local finance with VAT audits and disputes

Requisiti fondamentali

Experience in VAT or indirect tax in a consulting firm or multinational in-house tax function
Master’s Degree in Economics or Law
Strong project management and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluency in English
