As Global New Product Planning Lead, CARE, you will shape the franchise strategy and early commercial plans for pipeline assets from preclinical to phase 3. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to assess external opportunities and drive strategic decisions that enable market access and value realization. You will work with senior leaders across R&D, regulatory, commercial, and BD to translate insights into differentiated strategies and optimize forecasting. Responsabilità

  • Provide strategic and commercial input to design and execute early development plans for drug candidates
  • Prepare Target Disease Profiles, Target Product Profiles, Project Cards, and governance materials for key committees
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of disease epidemiology, market dynamics, patient segments, treatment paradigms, and competition
  • Partner with Global Value & Access to define value propositions, market access strategies, and pricing context
  • Lead forecasting assumptions and revenue projections with Strategic Insights & Special Projects Lead
  • Gather and synthesize data from internal and external experts to inform differentiation and market access
  • Lead the commercial assessment of external opportunities (BD and transactions) via business case development and due diligence
  • Support development and execution of CARE Franchise strategy within annual planning and Pipeline Review processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external functions to advance CARE strategy and asset readiness for launch
  • Deliver robust commercial assessments and strategic recommendations for internal and external candidates

Requisiti fondamentali

  • At least 7 years of biopharmaceutical industry or Life Science consultancy experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in economics, business or related fields, or in scientific disciplines
  • Fluent English
  • Strong understanding of pharma value chain and market trends
  • Proven ability to contribute strategic and commercial directions across drug development from discovery to commercialization
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and guide strategic decisions
  • Leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities with good planning and prioritization
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and manage multiple projects under tight timelines
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
