GAIN Specialist

In this role you support the creation and execution of the BU training plan for healthcare professionals, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory and ethical compliance. You manage hands-on training programs, masterclasses, congress activities, and KOL development, while coordinating with agencies and ensuring timely delivery. You act as the project-management reference for third parties and safeguard SOP alignment with compliance and regulatory teams. This role puts you at the center of education strategy, enabling impactful knowledge transfer in a global dermatology company.
