In this role you will support the Finance team in planning, performance analysis and management reporting for a multinational environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders to provide actionable insights that drive strategic and operational decisions. You will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and sustainable growth, shaping FP&A processes and reporting to support cross-functional initiatives. This is a data-driven, high-impact role in a global company focused on cross-border collaboration and financial rigor.

Responsabilità

Perform financial analysis and variance analysis versus budget and forecast
Prepare and analyze P&L, cash flow, and key performance indicators
Develop financial models, business cases, and profitability analyses
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data
Prepare regular management and corporate reports
Manage and improve FP&A processes and reporting tools
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely compliance with reporting deadlines

Requisiti fondamentali

3–5 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or similar finance roles in a multinational
Solid understanding of financial statements, planning, and performance analysis
Advanced Excel skills; BI tools experience a plus
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages advantageous
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
