As Food Service Area Manager, you will lead sales for Cataluña and Aragón, partnering with distributors to grow the Horeca business. Responsabilità

  • own and grow the Cataluña and Aragón territory, set priorities, and drive monthly performance
  • develop and activate the dealer network, onboarding new partners
  • generate new business by connecting end customers with dealers and solutions
  • acquire new customers and manage existing accounts by aligning offerings to operational needs
  • achieve sales targets and maintain a predictable pipeline with forecasts
  • prepare commercial offers aligned with pricing policies and promote key products/categories
  • utilize Salesforce and digital sales tools to track opportunities and performance
  • represent the brand at trade fairs, events, and customer meetings
  • collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and customer care to ensure a seamless experience

Requisiti fondamentali

  • Bachelor in any discipline
  • minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience (services or equipment preferred)
  • experience in Horeca or related industry is advantageous
  • proven track record managing a sales territory and distributor network
  • strong understanding of the Spanish market
  • fluency in Spanish and Catalan; good professional level English
  • comfortable with CRM systems and digital sales tools
  • willingness to travel regularly within the region
