In this role you will ensure accurate, timely financial reporting across the organization, covering statutory, management, and investor communications. You will lead consolidated reporting in line with IFRS and group standards, while coordinating close cycles and KPI analytics. You will communicate complex numbers clearly to shareholders, lenders, and governance bodies, supporting strategic decisions. This sits within a growing luxury hospitality platform at Orient Express, where rigorous reporting underpins expansion and investor confidence. You will drive process improvements and leverage modern reporting tools to enable insight and transparency.
Responsabilità
- Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements
- Ensure IFRS (and/or local GAAP) compliance and alignment with Group reporting standards
- Coordinate monthly close and produce management reports with KPIs, variance analysis, and commentary
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive financial reporting calendar for deadlines
- Ensure data integrity across subsidiaries and reporting systems
- Prepare financials for shareholders and support investor meetings and governance communications
- Deliver financial reports and covenant compliance documentation to banking partners
- Maintain internal controls and ensure statutory and regulatory reporting
- Drive process and system improvements in reporting (ERP or BI tools)
- Develop standardized templates and dashboards to aid strategic decision-making
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5 years minimum experience in financial reporting, consolidation, or audit (international or group environment preferred)
- Proven experience preparing reports for shareholders, investors, and lenders
- Knowledge of IFRS and consolidation principles
- Strong command of ERP and reporting tools (SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Hyperion, or equivalent)
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills
- Fluent in French and English
