  • salary range 40,000 - 48,000

Responsabilità

  • Assist clients with structuring and optimizing holding, financing, and real estate entities
  • Manage day-to-day company operations and respond to client requests
  • Bookkeeping for multiple companies
  • Prepare financial reporting and cash flow management
  • Coordinate payments and monitor related transactions
  • Prepare statutory financial statements and liaise with auditors
  • Maintain contact with property managers, asset managers, tax advisors, lawyers
  • Assist with corporate and VAT returns and interactions with tax authorities
  • Participate in restructurings (spin-offs, mergers, acquisitions) per local regulations

Requisiti fondamentali

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • 0-3 years of experience in a related environment
  • Knowledge of Dutch GAAP
  • Fluent in Dutch; good command of English
  • Strong client-oriented mindset; ability to build relationships
  • Organizational, prioritization and time-management skills
  • Willingness to take on challenges and demonstrate leadership
